T-giving is this week and X-mas is around the corner, and we are headed to Delaware for both holidays. Since both are on Thurs, we are driving up on Wed, and back on Sun. We haven't made this trip since January, so it's long overdue. During T-giving weekend, we are also going to Fairfax, VA to M's aunt's place, where other family will also meet.
M and I love road trips because we get a chance to really talk and hang out together without any other pressures. He tends to do the driving, and I tend to do the talking, reading aloud, passing the snacks, etc. Merlin naps in the back seat (once he realizes we are not going to the vet and calms down). It's just our little universe on the road, and I am really looking forward to it!
