Baby update - 4.5 months old

I decided to post an update about S, partly for my own documenting and partly because he is now so far away from so many who love him. He is a happy, healthy baby who is putting on weight nicely and growing taller. His hair is getting longer and it curls when he gets hot/sweaty outside. People here routinely think he is a girl due to his long hair and the fact that he looks just like his Mommy! Daddy has been impatient to cut it but Mommy is holding him off. S is very squirmy and wiggly and waves his arms a lot. When lying down, he has recently started lifting his legs up in the air. He smiles A LOT and has started laughing some. He holds toys and can amuse himself for short periods of time. His favorite toy right now is a set of colorful links. He wants to put everything in his mouth of course, much to Mommy's chagrin. S turns to his side frequently and has managed to flip over onto his stomach a few times. He has taken up covering his eyes with the back of his arm/hand when he wants to fall asleep and when nursing, almost as if he is saying "oh, the bright light!" He mostly takes short naps during the day, much to Daddy's dismay. He is starting to sleep from around 8 or 9p to around 8 or 9a, albeit he still wakes up 2-3 times during that period to eat. And most importantly of all, he seems to be settling into a routine and is enjoying life in Barbados!
